Facilities Maintenance Technician
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for basic preventive building maintenance, including commercial/household repairs, light plumbing, light electrical work, HVAC, appliance repair, and light carpentry tasks. This position will also involve pick-up/delivery of supplies and property, custodial duties, event set-up, and participation in special projects. The FMT will work under the supervision of Facilities Coordinator and assist as needed in various maintenance tasks such as renovation, concrete work, wall repair, painting, landscaping, snow removal, and more.

Direct Support Professional
As a Direct Support Professional at Our Place you will provide hands-on, person-centered, direct support to participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment. This role focuses on dignity, independence, community involvement, and meaningful daily experiences.

Program Leader
In this full-time role, you’ll lead small groups of teens and young adults with disabilities – both at our welcoming Wilmette location and out in the community. You’ll play a key role in supporting participants as they develop greater independence, build social skills, and grow in confidence through engaging, person-centered programs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusion, relationship-building, and empowering young people to thrive both personally and socially.

Friday Program Facilitator - Fridays 9:30 AM to 12 PM on site in Wilmette
Our Place is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-loving Program Facilitator to help coordinate our Friday Variety program for adults with disabilities. If you enjoy facilitating activities, creating inclusive spaces, and keeping the good vibes flowing—this role is for you!
This role will work with program team members and report to the Program Director and Program Manager.
