Our Place’s Strategic Plan

Our Strategic Plan for 2026–2029 reflects deep listening, collaboration, and a shared commitment to the people we serve. In partnership with participants, families, staff, board members, and community supporters, we clarified our mission, vision, and values and set four strategic goals to guide Our Place over the next four years. This plan serves as a roadmap for strengthening programs, expanding access, fostering belonging, and ensuring long-term sustainability. As we move forward, we remain committed to transparency and learning.
